Connection failure

Every time I load into an in the game so I have often screen , I go to the search bar on the bottom of my pc and click on the game at load. and then it says to push a to continue or spacebar t to continue and I , you know , push the spacebar to continue and it loads and then it says connection , failure unable to look connected to the EA servers, please check your internet connection. Make sure that. the platform client is online and try again and my internet is fine because I play Rainbow Six Siege on it and it worked fine.
