Console fps

So my fps dropped after the update in season 4 from. 120fps to 90 to 98 and the other cosoles are having the same problem but the pv players are getting their full 120 coukd someone address this issue please because not only does it give them a huge advantage but now you never even get to see a **bleep** fires at you its always yiu hear the sound of getting hit and your dead from first shot but damage lig will say 6 **bleep** hit you all within one bullet so its  hard to play anything anymore
