Hapa_Fodder What region are you in? Europe, Asia, Oceania, South America, Africa, Middle East, North America, or Antarctic?
Normally I just go to multiplayer and go to conquest and "play," I suspect sometimes the game just throws you into whatever region it wants to.
That being said, i have seen this issue using filters before too, for only North America. So region doesn't matter, I have friends in EU so sometimes I am connected to them with a ping around 120 (which is playable) sometimes the pocket loss isn't there, sometimes it's insanely high.
It seems matchmaking is connecting players to Santiago, Chile in South America for some reason.
