Do you have anything else plugged into the game like a flight stick, steering wheel/pedals, guitar hero, xbox controller, streamdeck?
If you don't, you might need to delve into your PC's device manager and go hunting for USB devices and hosts and see if any of them happen to look odd & delete them and see what happens.
