Missing bonuses for game issues on premiere day

Hey,I still haven’t received my compensation bonuses (12x hardware boosts and 12x career boosts). EA stated that this issue had been fixed and that all eligible players should now have their bonuses, but there’s still nothing in my inbox.There were no eligibility restrictions mentioned in the announcement, so I should definitely qualify for them. I’ve contacted support several times, but I keep getting the same generic response after a few days — no actual help or progress.Has anyone managed to get their bonuses after submitting a support ticket?

I am also experience this frustration with EA help(less), it has been a week and no one does not even seen to care. And I am not missing only the compensation for launch day outage, I am also missing Tombstone pack. They just copy and paste answers and no one seems to be able to solve this issue.

Yes, my Versatile skin from Twitch subscription is also missing and in their replies it's being ignored and Support refers only to missing boosts items. At first I understood that it's taking time but when they sent me the same reply twice stating it's been fixed.. I felt pissed lol

I never go the Deerstalker skin from my daily logins OR several of my Tombstone and Phantom pack XP boosters! I've put in multiple CS tickets and still nothing!
