CPU Usage

I’m no expert in pc knowledge/experience but as of late my cpu usage has been excessive to say the least. I’ve made many adjustments to help lessen the load but my CPU takes majority of the load and my GPU runs about 50% usage. Recently while I’ve been in matches my frames are great but I keep receiving the little 3 yellow packets in the top left of my screen and my game will stutter and gun fights are unplayable but I won’t receive any frame drops. I’ve always ran this game on low settings but I’ve even tried upping the settings to try and balance the load (don’t know if that is even something to help but tried anyways) and it’s still doing the same thing. I’ve updated all my drivers and my software but it’s just been an absurd amount of lag recently (I ran internet tests to make sure its not my internet but my upload and download speeds are flawless). Once again I don’t have a wide knowledge of tech but I’m just trying to see if anyone has had similar experiences or maybe some tips to give to help me.
