Not getting Veteran Rewards
I know that EA said they reissued rewards about two weeks ago, and I also noticed the related discussions in the forums. That is why I am only raising this discussion just now, I want to make sure there really is an issue.
Unless my understanding of the veteran rewards is incorrect, isn’t it supposed to apply to anyone who purchased any previous Battlefield game?
I have checked my in‑game messages and the reward lock status multiple times and followed the help instructions to check, but that did not work. The rewards have not been delivered.
EA Help Team told me I should come here, so here I am. Please help me resolve this issue. Thanks.

I found a method from the Chinese player community that worked for me. You just need to install and launch Battlefield 6 (RedSec) from the EA App. Once you enter the game menu, you don’t need to do anything, just wait for the EA App to pop up a bunch of achievements. Then, the next day, you will find the rewards in your in-game message box.
