Crashing to Blue Screen During Match

In case EA even bothers to read these forums, this is still a thing, 3 weeks later. Not solved. 

Plenty of time to get your **bleep** solved, and if you just aren't able or willing to, give us an option to play without your anti-cheat then. We who suffer from this incompetence, would rather play the game WE PAID FOR against the potential threat of a cheater or two, than not being able to play it at all. 

In my case I was able to play 4 hours yesterday for the first time in days. I aggressively underclocked my CPU from within the BIOS. Went from 54x to 47x and 0 crashes. The original post mentions that underclocking reduces BSODs so maybe there is some truth to that.

I am running an ASUS Z690-P Prime WIFI motherboard and an intel i7-13700KF.

I will try to play more in the coming days to confirm if this is something we can at least rely on until EA gets their act together.

I've exhausted myself, arriving at BF6 → EA AntiCheat kernel driver → invalid memory access → BSOD (0xA).  Happens quickly after joining a match.  Does not occur otherwise.  Does not occur with any other games.  Crashes so violently, rig reboots.

I paid 70 dollars for your game EA. Many other people have been having this issue for 2 weeks now, and you've done nothing but blame our PCs.

And before you give me a list of things to try, I will save you the trouble:

1. Verified game files (more times than I can remember)
2. Updated/Repaired/Reinstalled EA anti-cheat (every possible combination you can think of)
3. Added BF6 and EAAntiCheat to Windows Defender exception.
4. Disabled XMP.
5. Updated BIOS to the most recent version.
6. Tried various GPU drivers (old and new).
7. Underclocked my CPU from 54x to 50x, as Intel 13th gen CPUs are known to have stability problems.
8. Made sure TPM/Secure Boot/HVCI/VBS are enabled.
9. Disabled Nvidia/Steam overlays.
10. Cleared EA Cache.
11. Cleared DirectX Shader cache.
12. Ran System File Checker, no issues.
13. Set BF6 and EAAntiCheat to run as admin.
14. Clean boot.
15. Disabled all ASUS services related to Armoury Crate/Aura Sync. 

PC specs:

• RTX 3080Ti
• Intel core i7-13700KF
• 32GB DDR5 RAM
• Windows 10 Pro 22H2

It's not our PCs that are the problem, it's YOUR game. Show some respect to your customers and at least acknowledge the issue.

Hi, still dealing with the same issue but wanted to share some progress.

This time I launched the game without being connected to EA, then signed in from within the game itself to reach the main menu. From there I decided to test the campaign first — and it worked fine.

However, when I went back to the main menu and tried to join an online match, the game crashed right before it could find a game. It never actually matched me — it just closed at that point every single time.

Has anyone else experienced this or found a fix?

Guess we're still waiting for them to fix the [removed].

I'm also never seen such a thing from BF3...

They better fix it quickly im not waiting for them!!

This is not PC issue, my findings are:

Dump files of BSOD telling eaanticheat.sys is the crash issue

Drivers update - not helping

Bios update - not helping

Turning off XMP - not helping 

Turning off  Memory integrity - not helping

Turning off Hypervisor (Using Hyper-V for labs) - not helping

Re-installing anti-cheat - not helping

Re-verifying the files on Steam - not helping 

Ran Cinebench 2024 for 10min with score of 15XX without any crashes

Their anti-cheat is broken lets wait for fix or just delete this game

1. I had same problem download Intel extreme tuning  utility and put all cores from 55 to 50 solved my reboot problems hope it helps I'm also i7 14700k 

See if your ram or gpu oc is causing the crash. More likely the ram see if jedec 4800 stock speeds cause it to go away 

I'm not screwing up my bleeping computer for any game!!!
