Crates dropping upside down

Unreal.... every single crate is dropping upside down 90% of the time. Then you can't get the loot. If you get the loot at all and check it out with your other loot, you lose the loot because it disappears. Loot disappears when your getting ready to pick it up or apply it to your weapon.
