Crushing back to Main menu!

Im trying to get into a Multiplayer game, but every time I press start, the game loads then it suddenly goes back to the main menu, no error screen at all. Ive only been able to join one game so far.  im currently on pc and secure boot is on every thing is fine, I have the EA app enabled. any help please
