Cursor Becomes Unresponsive on Spawn/Vehicle Selection Screen

I have the same problem on PC with a mouse. It seems like when you have someone selected to spawn on and they get killed is when it happens. A workaround that works sometimes is you can use the arrow keys on the keyboard to move the spawn select. This have been an issue since open beta so I am hopeful this is on a to do list somewhere.
