Daily Login Rewards Not Working?

It's now Sunday, and I haven't received the Daily Login Rewards since Friday (my father is having the same issue with his game; both of us are playing on Xbox Series X). Is there a known issue with the Daily Login Rewards? I've attempted to retrieve them multiple times both yesterday and today (same with my dad), but there's no new messages, no new notifications, only the previous messages I already viewed/claimed on Friday.

I don't want to miss out on these rewards. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is Battlefield Studios aware of the problem?

I only got Day 1 and Day 5. I missed Day 4 legit, but I should have gotten the rest and did not. Never got the message in my Inbox. I opened a case in EA help and they are absolutely useless. They just keep giving me procedural instructions that I already know or thought I was talking about the EA App outage rewards.
