Damage of some Weapons changed?

I noticed that some weapons don't make the same damage as they used to? For example the SSG553 and the SOR-300SC. I played some matches and noticed the weapons felt different than before so i tested it at the gun range.  Normally they did 33 damage at close range and now they only do 25. But in the screen where you select the weapon it still says 33.

Is this intentional or is it a bug?
