Ive done regular trouble shooting. Ive tried switching ports as well for my ethernet cord. Ai is telling me to change other settings I have no idea how to get too. I even tried switching to apex and on apex it logs me in and gets me to a match and then lags me out instantly.

Community ManagerSince you can connect on a different connection, this would be an issue with your ISP. Have you talked to them about this yet?
