I find it incredible that no one on this forum—moderators, EA staff, or game developers—has issued a statement or addressed the complaints on the official forum. How is this possible? Is it because the game is working for most people? Are most people able to play? We're a minority, and this will stay the case, preventing us from using the game. Does anyone know how to contact the forum admins?
