Deal damage with the incendiary air burst is broken

After dealing quite a bit of damage and killing several people and hitting players directly with it killing them it is stuck at 3 out of 2000.  closing and reopening doesn't fix it either.  What suck...

yeah been broken since launch they fix nothing but break everything only direct hits count

i can't even get direct hits to count.  it's just stuck on 3 of 2000.

    yeh you just have to be real close most youll get is 14 per hit though lol
