Direct x device hung error 😡

Question

Same direct x error every time I play in campaign or multiplayer device hung error , tried suggested fixes but no joy , running i5 12th gen with Radeon rx 9060 xt with windows 11 , no other game has this problem! See attachment

Me too. EA seems to just ignore it and pass the blame onto the user/their device, even though it's happening on lots of different hardware.

I recommend finding your own solutions, because if you depend on the company, forget it. Besides, you can't even get a refund if you bought it on Steam; the moderators respond to all topics except those related to this problem.
