DirectX Error

Hello everyone, 

Looking for a bit of help here as I have tried EVERYTHING. It all started when I had to wipe my whole hard drive to get it to GPT and upgrade my windows. I thought everything was in the clear and I load up to see this error as I get into the multiplayer lobby. I have updated my drivers, reinstalled the game, did GstRender.Dx12Enable 0 and changed the value from 0 to 1. I am lost and want to play the $70 game I paid for. I have a 1080 as of now but it still runs fine and works with every other game. If you all could help that would be amazing. Thank you!
