Disable XMP Profile in BIOS = Immediate PermaBan

I don't know how I am supposed to go about resolving this. My son has since purchased the game on his PC and was having trouble with the game crashing to the desktop. We are reading around the forum...

My second appeal just got denied. No notes added to the case either. I just reappealed. It does seem like they refuse to admit some detections are false.
