Disable XMP Profile in BIOS = Immediate PermaBan

I don't know how I am supposed to go about resolving this. My son has since purchased the game on his PC and was having trouble with the game crashing to the desktop. We are reading around the forum...

What can you do further? I assume document everything meticulously and submit a bank chargeback to get a refund. That’s literally insane.
