Disconnect/Kicked for Inactivity While Actively Playing or Matchmaking

Literally join a lobby, watch the loading screen and then says your session has been timed out from inactivity?????????????? BOTH my brothers are playing in lobbys, same internet, same ethernet, bo...

Yep, same thing here. Play for a few minutes, the game freezes for 20-30 seconds, then resumes for 20 seconds and boots to the Timed Out screen. I tried everything to get it to work. I ended up contacting Steam  to see if they  will just give me money back.
