Even after today's update, the game crashes with DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG. It’s funny to see how a $400 million budget game 😁 that costs about $70 😁 still has these issues, along with the total disregard and disrespect from EA representatives.
Just a life hack for those who want to request a refund but have already played for hours:
i was able to get a refund on steam with over 20+ hours of gameplay by choosing the option "doesn't work" (or something similar) and putting a link to this thread on your ticket, along with whatever other proof you have.
you are absolutely right I agree with you the support is non-existent and they are taking the users for a ride
