Hey have you experienced this crash on season 2?
I am the lucky guy who has a AMD System with 7900XTX and a Intel/nividia Gaming Laptop with a 4070 and i have this crash since the beta. And i can tell you for sure nothing of that try this or try that worked ever (not only for me beacuse the most guys come back sooner or later). And i tried everything on 2 Systems.
I'm on the same boat brother, i also refunded the game thanks to this error. But if you go back a few posts, there has been some silent "updates" by EA that might have fixed it, even if not on purpose LMAO.
I also played for over 13 hours during the free week with no crashes, that's why i'm asking people if they experienced this error after the season 2 update, specially those who have been getting it since the launch.
So have you played yet on season 2? Got any crashes?
Nothing has changed with Season 2. It still crashes. Why should we think that something has changed. EA never mentionded this Problem. This Problem doesnt exist for EA. This Thread was once "marked for visibility". You cant change the Engine with a cosmetic update
I get the dissatisfaction, i'm not defendinding EA or anything. In fact, it's quite the opposite, i wish nothing good on them. So relax...
However, as Argos_Odeus pointed out a few posts back, there has been a silent "update" (see the quotations?) that changed the FSR file that COULD have been the culprit for the DirectX error. So i played for over 13 hours during the free week and haven't experienced a single crash, that's the reason i asked here if people were still getting it.
But anyway, it sucks that you're still getting crashes. I'm not buying the game again until i'm sure it's fixed.
