EA Anti-Cheat issues and crash during gameplay

I am experiencing a systematic silent crash to desktop (CTD) / process termination (bf6.exe, Event ID 1002 / Application Hang: Top level window is idle) occurring consistently between 7 to 10 minutes into gameplay.

Hardware & System Diagnostic Results (100% Hardware Stability Confirmed):

I have conducted extensive stress testing with continuous HWiNFO64 logging to verify system stability under full load:

CPU & VRM Stability: Intel Core i5-11400F on a B560M motherboard maintains a rock-solid 4190 MHz clock speed on all cores throughout the entire session. Zero thermal throttling, no power limit throttling, and no core clock drops observed.

GPU & VRAM Health: NVIDIA RTX 3070 8GB operates at normal temperatures under load (GPU: 72–73°C, Hotspot: 85–87°C). VRAM passes 100% of OCCT stress tests with 0 errors.

System RAM Health: Passed deep diagnostic tests via Windows Memory Diagnostic (mdsched.exe) with 0 errors.

OS Integrity: sfc /scannow confirmed no corrupt system files.

HWiNFO Log Analysis (Session Crash Timestamp):

Telemetry analysis right at the moment of the crash shows a sudden drop in allocated VRAM from 7,585 MB down to 1,737 MB without triggering a standard Windows Error Reporting (WER) call stack or generating a .dmp file. This instant process termination (Kernel-level process kill) is characteristic exclusively of EAAntiCheat.sys force-closing the process upon dynamic memory allocation calls.

Troubleshooting Already Completed (PLEASE DO NOT SUGGEST THESE AGAIN):

Clean GPU driver reinstallation via DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller).

Cleaned EA App cache and DirectX Shader Cache.

Completely reinstalled EAAntiCheat service with Administrator privileges.

Added bf6.exe and EAAntiCheat.GameService.exe exemptions in Windows Exploit Protection.

Disabled all third-party overlays (Discord, MSI Afterburner, etc.).

Request:

Since hardware failure, overheating, and basic software corruption have been completely ruled out, I request that this ticket be escalated directly to the Tier-2 Technical Support / Dev QA Team to address the conflict between EAAntiCheat and dynamic memory management in the current game build. I would also appreciate an update on when a hotfix targeting this issue will be released.
