EA error code 0:85011s

Logged into my Xbox account which is fine I've double checked all the systems are up & running which is fine checked on EA bf6 is up & running excellent,,,,the problem i have is when I got to press the button to play bf6 I keep getting the error code 0:85011s continuously it's getting really stressful now this happens everyday I try to play sometimes I get on but if I go to the toilet the main menu is completely gone there is no game menu so I have to switch Xbox off restart it then I get the error 0:85011s continuously I've continuously restarted my router but still nothing only the EA error code.
