Training grounds is accessible. Take the time to customize setting and learn about how completing challenges will fast track your experience. Learn what things need to be completed to unlock items. Like the spawn beacon needing 30 kills with adrenaline or to unlock frontliner on assault you need to 20 kills or assists on concussed enemies.
