EA javelin anticheat encountered an error please restart your pc (9)

I get this error on steam or the EA app. The splash screen starts then closes itself with this error.

I have done everything listed on the EA technical support page. I've also added exceptions to Windows firewall, deleted caches associate to EA, deleted any software that could be causing issues.

EA support told me to post here and wait for a fix. It's crazy that they can't even tell me a specific location for errors or anything more detailed than the common fixes.

At this point I'm sure its an issue with the installation of the game and EA anticheat not being able to follow through. It happen about 2 months ago with BF 2042.

I was able to play the beta and 2042 with no issue until randomly.
