EA Play Pro not unlocking Season 2 Battle Pass and Pro content rewards

I purchased EA Play Pro specifically to unlock the Battlefield 6 Season 2 Battle Pass and the Pro content/rewards included with this season.

My EA Play Pro subscription is active, but the Season 2 Battle Pass and the Pro rewards are still not showing as unlocked in-game. The main reason I purchased EA Play Pro was to access this specific Season 2 content, so it is frustrating that the rewards are still locked or missing.

I have also seen other posts from players reporting similar issues, including people who bought the Battle Pass normally and still did not receive their rewards. Because of this, it seems like the problem may not only be related to EA Play Pro, but possibly to the current Battle Pass reward system in general.

For additional context, I purchased the base game through Steam, while my EA Play Pro subscription was purchased directly through the EA website. My accounts appear to be linked correctly, and the subscription is active.

Could EA please confirm if this is a known issue with the Season 2 Battle Pass and Pro rewards? Is there any estimated fix, or a way to manually grant the missing content to affected players?

I would appreciate an official response, since many of us paid specifically to access this content and are currently not receiving the rewards we should have.
