anyone else getting the EA restricted Error ? and how to fix it ?

Hi Cpt-Mjs212,
Going off the text in the message, it looks like it may be related to a ban. Best thing to do is to scan the QR code the game is giving you and seeing what it shows you, or seeing if anything is showing up in your penalty history at help.ea.com.
It might turn out to not be the case, but that's where I'd start if I was seeing that kind of message.
