Enemy team having wrong color icons and crashing.

I have ran into it multiple times now where the enemy will have the blue dot over their head instead of the orange/red. And yes im sure it wasnt because their were teamates behind them. It was clear as day an enemy with blue dot. Its happened many times now. Anyone else had this issue? Also been crashing black screen every few rounds.
