However, this issue is only happening with BF6 and doesn't happen when I play other heavily populated games like Arc Raiders or Tarkov, which leads me to believe it's not an issue with router or ISP. Could it be something specifically related to BF6 that would disconnect only my PC. If it was a router or ISP issue wouldn't I be having issues with other devices also connected to it?

BF6 probably uses ports that some home routers and ISP routers have trouble with.
For example, BF6 might be trying to send network packets to port 12345 on your home router, but that port is closed on the router or not properly being forwarded from the router to the PC.
Does Cloadflare Warp free VPN fix the issue? If yes, that would be useful troubleshooting information.
