I am so sorry to see this my friend. I’ve dealt with this before myself; the level of customer service is abysmal. We pay for something only to be unable to use it, and get no where with support. That dudes english was so awful I could hardly understand what he was saying. We shouldn’t be treated the way we are and honestly I’d keep pushing for a refund of the battlepass since your son can’t play.
