Can’t login on teens Xbox to EA. Given the error mentioned in subject. I can not tell if an EA account is linked to his gamepass ID. How does this get fixed? We would like to co op but this looks to be an issue. There is an EA “parent authorization” that comes up asking for the guardian email. I have used every email that could be tied to the account. I have yet to get an authorization email. What can be done to fix this so we can co op?
