Error code - 1:86001S:66003S:4688822970:0B

I want to request to get in contact with someone at EA, as currently im over 10 emails in back and forth with the support ticket system as I am convinced they are either bots/ai or just ignoring what I am saying. I have an error code while trying to connect to EA servers on my steam copy of the game, 1:86001S:66003S:4688822970:0B. SO far support have completely ignored my request for information and have either A: Brough up random issues like "cant get rewards" and "game not showing as released on steam" as my issue, this is just ridiculous. Or B: Told me to wait. I think this is appaling as I have not only spent nearly £100 on a pre order but also have had to buy £16 one month on the EA app just in order to play the game that I ALREADY PRE ORDERED
