ERROR CODE 1:8600 1S:510015:21062736220: 1074069504Q

I’m a pc player who bought this game on steam. The game was fine since release but suddenly I received this error code 2 nights ago and I haven’t been able to play since. 

l’m based in Singapore and I keep getting this error:
“SERVER DISCONNECTED – ERROR CODE 1:86001S:51001S:17862870170:-2146566144Q”

I’ve already verified game files (Steam), cleared EA App cache, changed DNS (8.8.8.8), flushed DNS, disabled firewalls/antivirus, and tested both wired and hotspot connections. My friend in the same region can connect fine, so this seems account-specific.

I’ve submitted this issue to EA help 3 times already. Need help, can’t even play the SGD $99 game I bought, let alone get support for it.

    Im in AUS and purchased on EA app.

    Im having this code also,  1:86001s:51001s:16054882630:-2146631680q

    I've tried all the frustrating self fixes via Youtube/Reddit helpers, secure boot, dns, IPV4/6 changes, repair game files, adjust firewall access, changed steam name to match EA name blah blah blah, all of it and I still get to play for maybe 10-15 mins of a match before getting blocked out of any connection all over again. Ive gotten 10hrs total gameplay in and spend close to another 10 just trying to get ONLINE. its a Fkn joke at this point. EA Help or just fix it ffs?

    Thats crazy, I bought it on steam, so the launchers aren’t the problem. Chatgpt said it could be account exclusive? Means something is wrong with our personal accounts in connecting with EA servers somehow. But I don’t get how I can connect to other EA games. They’re not even replying or offering any support so far, this is insane
