I tried "Cloudflare WARP" and it worked. ✅
But using WRAP or VPN is not permanent solution as this slows my internet. But this helped me identify the issue.
I called my ISP provider and tell them about the the issue, my work around with WRAP and exact time (as I was in the middle of a game when it happened 1st).
My ISP provider understood the issue and changed my IP channel or upstream (i'm not sure)... Now it works. ✅
Another solution I got from steam coommunity - that he disabled NAT in his internet setting and it fixed his problem. ✅
