Same issue here. Digital copy on my son’s Xbox live account. Worked fine till shortly after the update. There’s a much larger thread if you search the error code on the forum with ~30+ replies. Some posters say EA has acknowledged a widespread issue that they are working on.

well I don't think theyre going to fix it bc I've been waiting for like nearly a year and nothing happened to fix this I think its age restrictions.
