So, I am able to play BF6 just fine on my account. But when my son logs into his account, he's getting ERROR CODE 1:86001S:89001S:9C:-13561655840 and is unable to get to the BF6 home screen. Prior to getting this error message it will sometimes tell him he is in position 1200 or 2400 in the queue. Prior to the update this week, he was playing just fine. This is a digital download, not a physical disc. Any help or ideas? We've tried re-installing the game and a full reboot of the xbox. Nothing seems to fix it for him. Thanks.

Same issue here. Digital copy on my son’s Xbox live account. Worked fine till shortly after the update. There’s a much larger thread if you search the error code on the forum with ~30+ replies. Some posters say EA has acknowledged a widespread issue that they are working on.

I have the same issue, can not log into my sons EA account either. Was thinking maybe because of a possible age restriction.

Exact situation here.The game launches fine for me, but my son received this error and cannot play Battlefield 6.I did note I needed to select a tick box accepting marketing emails from EA when launching the game for this first time on his console when logged in as myself. This tick box isn't appearing for my son so I guess this has something to do with the way EA children's accounts work which is the unlimited cause of this issue.I hope EA fix soon as he is devastated not being able to play alongside me.

Have you found a fix or a work around for this issue yet?

Same problem, EA support will just tell you to recontact us in few days lol, this has been going for over a month

I am unable to play BF6 with my Dad because of this issue, we played together before the update but it hasn't worked since

This might be far from ideal for others, but to fix it for my son, I got in touch with EA Support Live chat and got them to unlick his Xbox gametag from the broken child EA account. We then created a new clean EA account and linked this to his Xbox account.
Be warned though, this will reset the account back to Level 1. For us though, it allowed us to do something else I'd struggled to do which was linking his EA account to Steam so he can carry on with his progression on the ROG Xbox Ally he is getting for Christmas. So he is taking the hit with resetting to level 1 now, rather than at Christmas really.

I tried to do the same for my son, but the new account was immediately banned for an unknown violation of the user agreement. I tried to appeal the ban by stating what I was trying to accomplish and they stated that the ban was valid. The lack of support to get this fixed is almost comical. If anyone has any other possible solutions please advise.
