I am getting this error for last 24 hours and can’t play the game.  anyone know how to fix it? ERROR CODE 1:86001S:89001S:9C:-13561655840

Hi, 

Same issue on my sons account, Pay for a game and can't even play it. 

I cannot even log into his account on the ea website, comes up with error incorrect credentials, reset his password and then it just says the same thing. 

Tried to talk to EA, useless can't even create a ticket, gets you to fill on a form then just shows two articles.
