But the question is: where can we escalate this properly? This situation is unacceptable, and the solution can’t be to create new accounts for our kids. EA really needs to fix this. There were no issues like this with 2042.
Yeah, I was kinda looking forward to playing Redsec duos with my younger sibling but now their account is experiancing this error, Very frustrating as other Battlefiled games works just fine on that account.
Is there any idea to try to get in touch with any of the Battlefield Studios directly or game devs? I know there's probably not an issue on their end and there's maybe little that they can do... but they should be concerned that a sizable (I'm guessing here, based on which kind of account are affected) portion of potential players are hardlocket out of the game.
