 *FYI IM ON XBOX SERIES X* gentlemen! i have the solution! YOU need to get into chat w/ ea support (absolute nightmare, they dont listen) and have the ambiguous/ anonymous EA email linked to your xbox removed. I have ZERO clue how this random email was attached/ linked. It did it on its own. afterward, link your EA profile to your xbox. You should be good to go from here, so long as your NAT is OPEN! Merry xmas everyone!

im having the same issue

Hello! I'm responding on here as were having the same issue. My son and I played the BF6 beta together and ever since the game launched, he has been unable to get on. Same issue with his account registered to some random EA email. I'm hoping there will be a fix. he gets more and more disinterested the longer its taking. Back to Helldivers for now..

Sad to say, but I am giving up. 

Nope still nothing. This lack of support to get this corrected is crazy.

We've bitten the bullet and got EA support live chat to unlink my sons anonymous.ea.com EA account from his Xbox Gametag. We then created a proper EA account and linked this back to his Xbox Gametag.

Yes, he goes back to level 1, but before this I was having trouble linking the child EA (anonymous.ea.com) account to Steam anyway as he's getting a ROG Ally Xbox for Christmas so will be moving to the PC version of the game then. So taking the hit now allows him to build his levels back up on the Xbox before Christmas, than carry that progress forward on the ROG handheld. This made it an easier decision for us to unlink the broken EA account now really.

I don't think this is the same issue? Error code is diffrent.

3 weeks and its still happening to players like myself, has anyone had theirs fixed yet?
