Error Connecting to Online Services

I was playing Redsec last night and when my party was matchmaking I wasn't getting put into the game with them so I restarted my game, now it just sits at "Connecting to online services" and times out with an error after few minutes.

I've tried resetting DNS settings, turning off VPN, reinstalling the game, restarting my router, clearing cache. It's the next day now and still no luck.

Any help would be appreciated. Cheers
