Extreme Unplayable lag.

Just what the title says. The game was working one day, to stop the next. I have tryed cleared my shader cache, restarting my pc, reinstalling drivers and getting rid of the old ones. Reinstalling the game, and it does not want to run right. I cant move a second without a huge lag spike. This needs to be fixed soon please.
