False Banned For "Gameplay Enhancement"

Hi, I was recently banned for "Gameplay Enhancement" with no other information. I've been playing the game for around 3 days on and off with my friends, I never use the chat, my K/D was quite high as I'm a very competitive player who comes from other FPS games. This is my first Battlefield game and the fact that I get false banned after 3 days of playtime for "Gameplay Enhancement" is quite ridiculous in my opinion. The only thing I can think of is I followed a TikTok guide on how to disable DOF by editing the in-game profile settings and changing GstRender.WeaponDOF 1 to GstRender.WeaponDOF 0.

I've attached a picture of my background processes which includes,
1. Lightshot (Used to take screenshots)
2. Nvidia Settings
3. Steam
4. Discord
5. USB Link Cable for VR

I've seen other people also reporting false bans and I'd really like for this to be cleared up. I've already made an appeal but I wanted to know how many others are facing this same issue. Thank you.
