SmileKnight​ I'll help troubleshoot your connection issue. The first thing to check is if you're ISP uses carrier grade network address translation (CGNAT).

Log into your router and check the route's WAN/Public IP address.

The go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and see if the IP address matches the router's WAN/Public IP address.

If the two IP addresses are different than your ISP uses CGNAT.
