Fix "Connection Failed"
I've been struggling with this issue for two months. But EA won't fix it. If you don't plan on fixing it, just say so. If they can't fix it, just say so.

Heh, I play through it!) But sometimes there's packet loss :(
But we didn't buy the game to play it through a VPN, did we?
SmileKnight I'll help troubleshoot your connection issue. The first thing to check is if you're ISP uses carrier grade network address translation (CGNAT).
Log into your router and check the route's WAN/Public IP address.
The go to https://whatismyipaddress.com/ and see if the IP address matches the router's WAN/Public IP address.
If the two IP addresses are different than your ISP uses CGNAT.
