For much consistent FPS and better lows , remove HD textures ;)

If your fps dips sometimes especially bigger maps , remove the HD textures and you can gain up to 30 fps more ;) now my lows are never under 110 fps ;) And also the game quality is not too much effected, I couldn't even realize any downgrade lol.
