o0Junglist0o I read a workaround for the stutter is to go offline in Steam Friends List.
To boost CPU gaming performance boost with AMD Ryzen 9 5900x. Disable Simulations Multithreading (SMT) in motherboard BIOS and also remove the user.cfg if you have one.
This should lower memory latency on the dual CCD Ryzen 9 5900x CPU.
Having two CCDs can improve multi-core performance but sometimes introduces complexities for gaming due to potential latency between the two CCD dies.
