Frametime Spikes/Stutters on 3 Maps

I, and many others, have been getting stutters/microstutters/hitches,etc (whatever you want to call them) on pretty much 3 maps consistently. Manhattan Bridge, Operation: Firestorm, and Empire State....

same here, 4 maps now with the new season 1 map "blackwell fields".
