Today is 12/3/2025 and I have not received neither the Battle Pass nor the XP Boost they said they will give to us who have had issue on the release of BF6 on day one. I pre-order it a few weeks before the release on the PC EA App. I hope to get some help from EA. This might be my last Battlefield game. It's a shame since I have owned them all. Thanks

if you are in europe you can contact European Consumer Centre and or your country's market regulator. we have Directive (EU) 2019/770 and Directive 2011/83/EU to protect us from this sort of issue.
